Engineered wood is also often referred to as composite wood or man-made wood and is made by combining layers of wood with adhesive to create a very hardwearing, durable surface. Many thanks for the work you did for us: replacing old floorboards, sanding, staining, lacquering the existing floorboards and fitting matching strips at the doorways. We are very pleased with the finished result. Given that you had to sand floorboards I was expecting the house to be full of dust afterwards but was pleasantly surprised to find this wasn't the case. Zoran did an excellent job, he arrived on schedule and finished the job in the timeframe he had initially said he would need. I had a new oak floor laid in the end rather than sanding the original boards as they were in a very bad condition. The new floor looks fantastic. He was also very good at staying in touch with me whilst I was at work so I knew how the job was progressing. I would definitely get him to do further work for me in the future.
